Judges Feedback:
Tomato notes on the nose with ripe and green olives, bitter and pepper balanced, lovely fruit on palate with a great finish.

About Kransfontein Estate:
Kransfontein Estate, a picturesque estate on the banks of the Goukou river Stillbay. Limestone terraces that are north facing with fresh spring water. Producer History:
Adv AP Joubert bought Kransfontein in 2000, planted 10 000 olive trees on 20 hectares.

Dail Steyn, olive tree lover: “While olives were flowering-chilly nights in November. Difficult harvest season, low production.”

Tasting Notes:
Fruit of green and ripe olives, olive leaf, artichoke, tomato, strong peppery.
