Judges Feedback: Nutty, balanced, complex, good intense oil, green and ripe aromas, green almond, grass, apple and almond.
Tasting Notes: Fruit of green olive, freshly cut grass, tomato leaf and artichoke, with a pleasant bitterness and peppery punch.
Pairing: Freshly made salads and pasta dishes.

Name: Mardouw Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Cultivars: Frantoio, FS17, Mix Cultivars
Litres Produced: 11 550lt
Tasting Notes: Fruit of green and ripe olives, olive leaf, artichoke, pine seed and almond.
Pairing: Fresh salads, pasta, chicken and fish dishes.
