- How do you personally use Extra Virgin Olive Oil in and around your home?
I try to use Extra Virgin Olive Oil as is, as much as possible to retain its health benefits. E.g. making salad dressings with some olive oil, lemon juice, honey and full cream yoghurt or simply drizzling it over already roasted butternut or other veggies.

It tastes delicious and is heart-friendly when used correctly. Just two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil a day may lower cholesterol by helping to reduce LDL cholesterol and triglycerides.
