Medium and well-balanced extra virgin olive oil. Fruit of green and ripe olives. Banana, walnut, tomato leaves.

Cultivars: Frantoio/ Mission
The aroma of freshly cut green grass and a hint of apple follows through on the palate. The piquancy is balanced and fades to leave a pleasant aftertaste.
About L’Ormarins Farm:
L’Ormarins is the main estate in the Anthonij Rupert Wyne portfolio and is situated in the Franschhoek area. We farm with wine grapes, horses, cattle and olives.
The vision and dream of the late Anthonij Rupert and his love for Italy, its wines and food have inspired the Italian style olive oil.
Oil Maker & 2018 Harvest:
Bryan Beverly is the olive oil manager. “We had a bumper crop in 2018 and the long dry summer brought its challenges but produced a lovely balanced and fruity oil.”
Best used for the final touches of a dish, use with caprese salad prepared with burrata, risottos & seafood dishes.
