Pablo Canamasas, an expert from Argentina, presents a course about olive oil production, from the orchard to the mill. He worked in Australia for an international olive oil producer for 12 years and currently assists them both in Australia and USA. He performs consultation services for private companies and association all over the world and serves as judge on many competition panels, including the SA Olive 2019 competition panel.
