Short introduction to the Oil Maker & his/her comment on the 2019 Harvest: Again, what a year our producers had to face! Unfavourable weather conditions during flowering period, lead to small crops all around the Western Cape region. Mardouw has adjusted their time of picking their olives, to be able to have different styles of oil, to be blended together after harvest. This has enabled us to continue the quality and taste profile we are recognize by.
