• 4 – 5 medium potatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tsp Mixed dried herbs
  • 1/2 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt


Wash and cut potatoes into edges

Parboil potatoes

Remove from the water and pay dry

Evenly coat potatoes with all the ingredients above.

Airfry on 200°C for 20 minutes

Garlic Feta Dip


  • 220g feta
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 2 – 4 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp salt & pepper


Put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth

Pour into a dish and top the feta dip with the aifried wedges

Drizzle with olive oil

And enjoy
