Baked hake medallions, over some steamed veggies and Basil pesto (I know the pesto pairing sounds weird, but it was actually so nice with the veggies, especially). The hake I seasoned with some spice and pepper, and drizzled a little extra virgin olive oil that I got from @saoliveindustry over it. For the pesto I used fresh Basil leaves, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.
