• 2 packs 40g fresh basil leaves
  • Garlic to your liking
  • 1/2 cup @saoliveindustry EVOO
  • Black pepper and Himalayan salt
  • 1/2 cup grated mozzarella or cheese of choice


Blend together in a mixer and add to the cooked pasta and voila – Easy Peasy Dinner or Side Dish

Top it with some cheese and there’s always the option to add cut-up fried chicken fillets to it if you feel for it.
