Ingredients
300 ml plain yogurt
½ tsp lemon juice
2 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Spain
A handful of olives, chopped
½ tsp crushed garlic
½ tsp dried chilies
Method
Mix all ingredients together.
Enjoy immediately or leave to rest and chill in the fridge until you need it.
Enjoy it with some delicious, fresh speciality bread as a dip with vegetable or chips or maybe just on some good crackers.
