Ingredients

  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 5 tsp of olive oil
  • half a cup of water
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp of paprika

Method 

Mix your dry ingredients together and then add your olive oil and water. Combine till a firm round dough ball has been created. Then wrap in cling film and place in the fridge for about an hour.

Preheat your oven to 220 and then roll out about 5cm round balls to as flat as you can. Use some olive oil to spread on the top.

Choose your sprinkles, I used a mix of sea salt, beetroot and sesame seeds, pat them down and have them on a baking paper on a flat tray for 7 minutes or until they are dried out in the oven.
