Ingredients
- Cellophane noodles/fensi/glass noodles
- Half Red onion 3 Garlic gloves
- Handful of Cherry tomatoes
- 2 cups of Spinach
- 1 cup of Mushrooms
- Handful of Leeks
- SA Olive oil
MethodÂ
Add boiling water to your glass noodle and cover with lid for few minutes.
Pour olive oil into a hot pan and add chopped garlic let it cook for few minutes then add your chopped mushrooms.
Let them cook for few minutes then add ginger powder and salt.
Then add chopped red onions stir for few minutes.
Then add your cherry tomatoes and leeks let it cook for 3 more minutes.
Then add sweetchilli source (optional).
Add your spinach and noodles stir together then enjoy!!!
It is that easy.
