Take a large, long potato and cut the ends off. Cut +-1cm slices down the length of your potato.

Place one slice between two sosatie sticks, and cut thin horizontal slice in your potato.

Turn the potato around and do the same thing, but cutting diagonally this time.

Carefully place your sliced potato on a sosatie (kebab) stick, and gently place in an ovenproof dish.

Generously pour your @saoliveindustry oil over your potato stick, and spice it precisely to your taste!

Bake in oven at 180 Celsius until golden brown, and ENJOY!!
