Best paired with which food: Fish, salads, drizzled over vegetables. Braising and casseroles chicken, and meat.

Producer history: De Hut is a small boutique farm established in 1991 on the banks of the Breede River in the Scherpenheuwel valley the home to other farms producing award winning olive oil each year. Our nursery moto is “Growing Olive Trees is our Passion,” and our mother stock is taken from selected trees that produce award winning oil.
