I got this savoury-rub chicken from Woolies, drizzled it with some EVOO from @saoliveindustry and popped it into the oven for about an hour. I made a side Greek salad (would have opted for roast veggies if I knew we were in for a rainy evening), seasoned it with salt and pepper, olive oil and topped with crispy onion sprinkle.
