- 3 cups of all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 3 eggs room temperature
- half a cup of olive oil
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons sugar (this really depends on how sweet you want it)
- 1 can of creamed sweet corn
Add dry ingredients together and mix. In a separate bowl, all your sweet corn, milk, eggs, oil and mix until combined. Once your wet ingredients are all mixed properly, gradually mix with the flour mixture making sure no lumps are formed.
Transfer dough into your lined loaf tin, making sure to spread evenly.
Bake at 180 degrees for 45 – 60 minutes.
Use a skewer to check if it’s done. If skewer comes out clean then you know your beaut is ready.
